Portraits from 6ft is a project of photographer Carina Lofgren that captures Minnesotans' everyday lives amid the Covid-19 crisis. During this time of uncertainty and social distance, this project brings people together by sharing unique stories from our community. The LBA and our partner organization Redesign are working with Carina to document Longfellow businesses impacted by the pandemic. View all the photos and read the profiles. ​

Business Security Matching Grant Program

The Longfellow Business Association (LBA) and the Longfellow Community Council (LCC) are excited to announce a Business Security Matching Grant Program intended to increase safety and reduce crime for businesses in Greater Longfellow. This project is intended to support those who might otherwise find it difficult to afford security improvements to their property. Allowable projects include:

• Security Lighting
• Security Cameras
• ​Alarm Systems

• Window Film 
• Shutters and Blinds
• Doors and Locks
